Best Practice

1. The college has a unique practice of collecting books to its library from various sources. People voluntarily donate books to the college library under this program. During this academic session the library collected around 6000 books under the donation program.
2. The college has one Students Aid Fund which provides financial assistance to poor but meritorious students. During 2019-2020, this aid fund provided assistance to many meritorious students who fall under below poverty line.

  Institution Distinctiveness

Majuli is a hotspot biodiversity and our college endeavours to conserve the rich biodiversity of this area. During the last few years plants having medicinal value have been earmarked on the college campus. Besides these medicinal plants a number of other rare plants species have also been planted in the campus.
